Grace's design practice is built on a firm educational foundation from the Product and Industrial Design, Engineering program at Carleton University — one of the world's legacy programs known for producing designers who think in systems, constraints, and outcomes.

This background shapes everything. Where others may see screens, Grace sees systems. Where others may see interfaces, she sees the full product lifecycle from physical to digital, from user need to business outcome.

She has led design strategy across data and AI, healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, and financial technology — where design decisions have real-world impact. She has mentored and managed cross-functional global teams, setting them up for success within their roles.
